Manager – Bonaire Hospitality Supplies & Falki Express

As Manager BHS & Falki Express, you are responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of both businesses. You lead the operational team, ensure reliable product availability, control costs, and continuously improve processes in an import-dependent island environment. In addition, you actively contribute to commercial performance by supporting sales and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage local and international purchasing and import planning
• Plan stock levels, forecasts, and container shipments
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and island-wide distribution
• Optimize delivery routes, logistics processes, and operational efficiency
• Monitor purchasing, freight, and logistics costs and provide operational reporting
• Support sales activities and advise customers on product ranges
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the hospitality sector
• Lead, coach, and support a small operational team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in purchasing, logistics, and stock management in an import-dependent or island environment
• Strong organizational and people leadership skills
• Commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
• Clear communicator who remains calm under pressure
