In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire cashier department of BonDiGro. You will oversee schedules, cashiers, cash registers, and the everyday tasks associated with the department. Additionally, you will serve as the point of contact for both cashiers and BonDiGro customers.
In this position you support the Front Office Manager and in the absence of the Manager you are responsible for the running of the department. You assist in the smooth running of the front office team and ensure that the work is carried out efficiently, professionally and with excellent service.
As a new team member, your responsibilities include auditing the logistical and financial processes of the wholesale dive equipment business and web shops. You will process and verify financial information from the hotel management system. Additionally, you will perform tasks related to administrative organization and control while providing periodic management information. Insight into and experience with such setup processes is advantageous.
In this role, you will share responsibility for the operational, commercial, and personnel management of the supermarket. You will also play a key role in leading the entire supermarket team. By coaching them, you ensure their motivation to provide our customers with the quality they expect every day and to keep the store looking excellent. You are the face of the store and excel in customer engagement.
Together with the rest of our enthusiastic F&B team, you are responsible for the daily operation in the restaurant. In this full-time position, you prepare for the opening of the restaurant, you advise and serve the guests, ensure payment control and help clean up the restaurant after closing time. As a restaurant employee you are attentive, customer-friendly and proactive. In addition, you have a flexible working attitude and you can communicate well with guests, colleagues and your manager.
