Human Resources Manager

As a Human Resources Manager, you play a vital role within the organization (200+ employees). Every day brings new challenges, and you’re responsible for staying informed about the organization’s activities, addressing them discreetly, and collaborating with operational managers to find solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to independently handle HR projects alongside the HR team.

Additionally, as a Human Resources Manager, you are accountable for personnel matters, including managing employee inflow, throughflow and outflow, ensuring compliance with personnel regulations, overseeing the application, approval of work permits and providing guidance to HR executives.

Job Description:

• Ensure that the necessary information is accurately provided for personnel and payroll administration, and provide explanations as needed.
• Maintain proper staffing levels.
• Track and record absenteeism due to illness.
• Handle recruitment, recruitment campaigns, and selection processes while monitoring the established personnel budget.
• Maintain effective communication with the Directorate of Society and Care regarding labor-related matters concerning new vacancies and their fulfillment.
• Monitor and assess employee quality and aspirations, including performance and evaluation interviews.
• Keep job descriptions up to date and ensure compliance with the job evaluation system and associated pay scales

Job Profile:

• You have completed a hotel school education (HBO-level working and thinking);
• You have experience in a similar HR role;
• You possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, with proficiency in Papiamento and Spanish being advantageous.
